New Product Development

TCO’s new product development department is capable of executing projects from A to Z, involving project management, design, calculations, simulations, rapid prototyping both in plastic and steel, execution of extensive test programs, validation through Factory Acceptance Testing and third party verification.

    • 1 CNC complex Machining
    • 3 CNC Lathes
    • 1 CNC Wire EDM
    • 1 Rapid prototyping printer (ABS plastic)
    • Hi flow test loop with flaw rates up to 320/min and pressure up to 350 bar
    • Liquid pressure testing up to 30,000 Psi
    • Gass pressure testing (Nitrogen) up to 6000 Psi

    • 8 Project-/design-/A&T- engineers
