PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
- Base material: Soda Lime Float Glass
- Chemical Composition:
- 73% SiO2 14% Na2O 7% CaO 4% MgO 2% Al2O3
- Treatment: Hardened and tempered to meet our requirements regarding
- maximum strength and minimum particle size after being shattered.
- Operating temperature: 20°C to 170°C (higher temperature on request)
- Storage temperature: -40° to 50°
- Moh hardness: 7 / Knoop hardness: 585 kg/mm2
- Hydrolytic resistance, ISO719: class 3….4
- Pressure range: depending on size, see individual Glass Plug datasheets
- Produced according to ISO9001.

RECOMMANDATIONS
- Not recommended for use with hydrofluoric or phosphoric acids
- Alkalines will etch glass
