Ownership / Management

We are a privately held company, registered in Norway. Our primary shareholders are AS Atlantis Vest, Herman Friele, and Kalfaret A/S.

TCO’s managing director is Morten Lerbrek. He has 11 years of experience within the oil industry and a Master of Science and Technology degree from NTNU in Trondheim.

Øystein Elgan, the Chair of the TCO board of directors, is also Director of AS Atlantis Vest, a Bjarne Rieber Group company.
